1-800-Packouts is hiring a Business Development Associate to grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in the community. The role requires meeting new people, presenting our services, and managing outreach while traveling to local partners.

You will attend networking events, support marketing visits, and maintain CRM records to track partner activity, with a focus on developing strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
