Entrusted is seeking a Business Development Apprentice in the Houston area. You will learn the craft of relationship-based sales while supporting BDRs and Account Managers, participating in meetings, field visits, and outreach efforts. This paid development role offers a structured path to a full BDR role within 1–2 years.

You will gain hands-on mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to grow with the company as you develop the habits and network needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Support BDRs and Account Managers in maintaining and growing partner relationships.
• Attend meetings, ride-alongs, events, and field visits to learn the process.
• Perform outreach and follow-up with referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Learn partner pain points and goals to identify valuable solutions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and account management tasks.
• Maintain notes and communications in company systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to support partners.
