American Molecular Laboratories (AML) is a cutting-edge in vitro diagnostics research and development company specializing in proprietary molecular assays powered by patented technologies. AML is the only laboratory in the United States offering certain advanced diagnostic tests—such as next-generation sequencing (NGS) for H. pylori antibiotic resistance using stool samples—placing us at the forefront of molecular diagnostics innovation. We are seeking experienced and driven Business Development & Marketing Consultants to represent AML’s advanced testing solutions to healthcare providers across the country. This is a high-impact opportunity for professionals who are passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation in diagnostics.
Responsibilities · Identify, target, and engage new referral sources to expand AML’s market presence.
· Confidently present and promote AML’s laboratory testing services to physicians and healthcare organizations.
· Develop tailored service proposals showcasing AML’s unique testing capabilities and operational advantages.
· Partner closely with the client services team to facilitate client onboarding, conduct in-service training sessions, provide ongoing education and support
· Gather and report client feedback regarding test ordering, turnaround times, results access, and supply logistics, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications · Minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales, marketing, or business development—ideally in the medical or laboratory industry.
· At least 2 years of direct laboratory-related sales experience strongly preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to individuals and groups in clinical settings.
· Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
· Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for advancing healthcare.
· Demonstrated alignment with AML’s core values: Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Innovation.
