What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns, focusing on CTV to drive measurable business outcomes
- Develop and execute media strategies and paid media plans, including audience targeting and segmentation
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to inform decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmatic buying, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure competitive deals and negotiate CPMs, Deal IDs, and PMP agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in CTV media buying, publisher networks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
- Proficiency in programmatic tactics including Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home
- Strong knowledge of top programmatic ad platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk
- Effective communication skills to engage with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and remotely while being a supportive team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automation tools for bidding and targeting
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and media buying/creative testing tools
- A passion for data-driven insights and customer journey optimization
