Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and follow up with sales appointments.
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment or who no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous customer service role.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Positive, hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
