Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (Must reside in PA, MD, DE, NJ)

Salary: Base + commission

Job Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for starting conversations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of turning a cold call into a warm lead? If so, we want YOU to join our growing team at The Weaver Adjustment Group as a Sales Development Representative.

Incumbent must pass a background check and be able to pass the public adjuster licensing exam.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
  • Identify client needs and present our solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
  • Set appointments for follow-up with our sales team.
  • Track and report on your daily call activity and lead generation results.

  • Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.
  • Resilience and persistence—you’re not afraid of rejection and know that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
  • Self-motivated—you take initiative and enjoy working independently to hit targets.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide all the training you’ll need!
