Are you passionate about growing business in the medical device, injection molding or pharmaceutical industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development / Account Manager to build new relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business in the medical device space
• Be the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Build strong relationships across purchasing, engineering, quality & manufacturing
• Manage quotes and contracts with accuracy and timeliness
• Travel to customer sites to strengthen partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in medical device, injection molding, or pharma sales
• Strong communicator and problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage complex accounts
