Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Business Development / Account Manager in the Atlanta area (Sandy Springs). You will build relationships with business leaders, manage full sales cycles, and develop new client accounts, pairing staffing solutions with client needs.

You’ll work with accounting, finance, and HR leaders to drive talent solutions, with competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and ESOP. Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience. Ideally in sales, account management, business development, business, customer success, recruiting, or other client-facing roles, but we’ve also had teachers, retail leaders, and coaches transition their skills well here, too.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders
• A self-starter who is motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating lasting partnerships

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission. Expected earnings: $65,000-90,000 (year 1); $70,000-100,000+ (year 2 and beyond)
