Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong selling capabilities and experience in SaaS products and services. You will play a vital role in our expansion into the US market, bringing energy, motivation, and excellent communication skills to our business development efforts. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will focus on building strong pipelines and forging relationships that drive growth in strategic regions.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients and qualify leads to generate new business.
  2. Market Analysis & Scouting: Conduct research on target markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  3. CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  4. Networking & Events: Attend industry events and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
  5. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong presence on relevant professional social networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • University degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Sales Navigator.
  • Previous experience in professional IT services companies.
Preferences
  • Experience selling SaaS products like Salesforce and Microsoft.
  • Living near Salesforce Tower and motivated to work fully remote.
