Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a driven Business Developer to grow our presence in Tualatin, Wilsonville, and surrounding areas. You’ll meet decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and present workforce solutions to solve local talent needs.

This role emphasizes outbound activity, community presence, and a consultative approach. Expect a base salary plus commissions and a full benefits package, with potential for growth and impact on local employers and job

Every new client you bring on creates opportunities for job seekers and helps businesses reach their goals. That's a pretty rewarding way to spend your day.

What You'll Be Doing

Build New Business

• Connect with business leaders and decision-makers throughout your territory.
• Generate new partnerships and secure at least two new client accounts each week.
• Introduce companies to Express Employment Professionals and our workforce solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.

Be the Face of Express

• Conduct a mix of phone outreach, networking, appointments, and in-person visits.
• Consult employers to understand their hiring challenges.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and results.
• Represent Express at community and business events.

Deliver Solutions, Not Sales Pitches

• Take a consultative approach to uncover client needs.
• Present staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions that help businesses succeed.
• Partner with our recruiting team to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
• Help create winning workforce strategies for local employers.

Stay Organized and Strategic

• Manage your territory like a business owner.
• Track activity and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Build and execute sales action plans for high-priority prospects.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process that keeps opportunities moving forward.
