Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Baltimore, MD is seeking an energetic outside sales representative for a field-based role. You will visit restaurants Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, introducing our commercial dish machines, service programs, and cleaning solutions with hands-on training and guidance from the team.

You will build a strong prospect pipeline, make 20–30 in-person cold calls daily, and own your territory. A company vehicle is provided; there are full benefits, 401(k) with profit sharing, and

What This Role Really Is:

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. Great for early career outside sales as we provide hands-on training! You will be out in the marketplace M-F, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how our commercial dish machines, service programs, and cleaning solutions can solve problems they deal with every single day.

What You’ll Gain:

• 1st year Base + commission expected earnings of $84,000-$90,000.
• 2nd year Base + commission expected earnings of $94,000-$107,000.
