Yoh Services LLC presents an excellent long-term Business Coordinator opportunity with a trusted client in Swiftwater, PA. This full-time role follows a M-F schedule (7am–8am start, 8-hour shift) and may require occasional evenings and overtime to support projects.

You will create purchase orders for scientists with correct cost center coding, assist with vendor setups, and coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience multitasking and working with diverse teams.
• Strong customer orientation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of P2P, contracting and budgeting processes/tools.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for scientists with correct coding.
• Ensure policies followed when generating WOs/POs with vendors.
• Assist with vendor setups; coordinate with Legal for contracts.
• Contribute to process improvements around P2P systems.
• Be the primary user/support for eBuy, Scientist.Com, Zageno systems.
• Interface with AP/P2P and invoice teams for invoicing and terms.
• Collaborate with Finance on Capex orders and asset tagging.
• Perform goods receipts and approve invoices; track inventory as needed.

Yoh presents an excellent long-term Business Coordinator opportunity with a trusted, long-term client located in Swiftwater, PA.

This position is part of a major pharmaceutical company. Schedule is full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift) and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders on behalf of Scientists ensuring correct coding is utilized (cost centers, HACATs, GL and WBS coding).
• Ensure corporate mandated policies and procedures are followed when generating WOs/POs with vendors.
• Work with Procurement for new vendor setups, and with Legal when contracts are needed.
• Contribute to process improvements around P2P systems and strategies.
• Key User for current (eBuy, Scientist.Com, Zageno) and future systems and is a source of support to Scientists.
• Interface with accounts payable/P2P and invoice processing teams to ensure proper invoicing, payment terms, and troubleshooting issues with vendors.
• Work with Finance on Capex orders and Asset tagging.
• Perform Goods Receipts and approve invoices.
• Track Inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well with multi-cultural individuals/teams.
• Soft skills: Customer orientation, ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Technical skills: Good knowledge of P2P, contracting, and budgeting processes/tools.

Estimated Min Rate: $24.00

Estimated Max Rate: $28.00
