The Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) Invoicing team is looking for a Billing Compliance Analyst (BCA) to support various AWS Public Sector customers. This role manages the end-to-end invoicing process for critical public sector contracts, implementing processes and controls to reduce risk. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
The ADC Invoicing team handles invoice submission and compliance with public sector invoicing obligations in the ADC regions. Responsibilities include generating and submitting monthly invoices, performing contract funding analysis, resolving customer questions, and implementing process improvements. The Billing Compliance Analyst reviews pricing obligations and risks within contracts and develops strategies to mitigate them. This role requires knowledge of federal finance and contracting, engaging with internal teams and customers to ensure invoicing compliance. The candidate should enjoy the consistency of monthly invoicing and actively seek process or feature improvements.
This position requires that the candidate be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
