What We Provide

• Patient Scheduling: Klarity care team schedules new patients’ initial online visits with an over 90% booking rate. (Average 200~300 patients monthly)

• Admin Support: Klarity care team will assist practitioners with scheduling, billing, prior authorizations, and insurance.

• Flexible Hours: Klarity allows practitioners to see patients on their own schedules with no operational hour limits. Part-time commitments are also available.

• Fully Remote: Klarity provides an easy-to-use telehealth solution (EMR, E-prescribing, E-visit) for providers to see patients fully remotely and virtually.

Requirements

• Active FL practitioner license (PMHNP-BC or similar).

• PMHNP Certification

• Active DEA registration (Schedule II~V).

• Active personal malpractice insurance.

• > 2 years of practice experience in FL.

• Autonomous practice approval (full authority of independent practice) or working with existing collaborative physician(s). (Note: Currently, Klarity does not sponsor collaborative physicians)

• (Preferred) Licensure in additional states.

Responsibilities

1. Uphold high standards of quality care.
2. Evaluate and diagnose psychiatric conditions.
3. Conduct initial online patient visits.
4. Conduct follow-up online patient visits.
5. Manage medications, if applicable.

Salary & Benefits

• Contractor position.

• $100~$120/hour.
