Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead and coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery efforts across multiple units. You will update impact analyses, develop plans, and conduct testing with IT and security teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and CBCP preferred. It offers a challenging environment in a leading real estate organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CBCP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity and IT disaster recovery.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business units and with security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of business continuity across units.
• Coordinate with IT on disaster recovery efforts and testing.
• Update Business Impact and Dependency Analysis and BC plans.
• Develop/update Emergency Response Plans and exercise drills.
• Liaise with Corporate Security and risk management teams.
• Provide quarterly updates to Executive BC Committee.
• Support functions during continuity events and incident response.
