Position: Business Consultant + PM – Change Management

Location: Remote

Duration: 24 Months +

Project – Domain – Pharma Meeting & Planning Vendor transition and Team restructuring

Objective

Ensure roles, responsibilities, change management strategies, communication plans, and process designs are formulated and documented across business units. Manage transitions to avoid disrupting ongoing operations, using performance metrics to monitor progress.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate dialogue and decision-making on the operating model.
  • Design and document processes, roles, responsibilities, and communication strategies focused on process simplification.
  • Coordinate across structural changes, supporting business objectives, cost savings, and service levels.
  • Document and transfer knowledge among stakeholders.
  • Develop and distribute change management and communication materials.
  • Oversee project plans for vendor transition, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Implement metrics to monitor effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and efficiencies.
  • Review and update policies related to changes.
  • Manage project budget, tracking savings and efficiencies.
  • Assess new technologies and programs from the vendor, coordinating with the team.
