Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Consultant in Global Medical Consulting to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure value across Vault Medical and related offerings.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Strategy and Marketing to optimize medical customers’ processes, enabling more efficient operations and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams end-to-end with high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Medical Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence in our Vault Medical suite – from shaping the medical content operating model to supporting broader Medical Affairs initiatives involving key offerings like Link and CRM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to help our medical customers get the most out of Vault Medical, optimizing their processes so they can work more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

• Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
