Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Consultant for its Global Content Practice to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI.

You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value while working across end-to-end content processes, including AI-enhanced MLR and modular content strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and development within your stream.

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
