Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Business Consultant to provide analysis, strategic guidance, and regulatory expertise across functions in support of divisional strategies and objectives.

You will monitor regulatory changes, engage stakeholders, and drive consistency, compliance, and change readiness while maintaining visibility into key initiatives and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3 years’ experience or 7 years in business analysis, process improvement or related health care fields.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

The role focuses on monitoring and analyzing regulatory and legislative developments, supporting stakeholder engagement across business areas, and driving consistency, compliance, process efficiency, and organizational readiness for change. Responsibilities include prioritizing divisional activities, tracking progress toward strategic goals, and maintaining tools and resources that support visibility into key initiatives, milestones, and business outcomes.### Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience* Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback* Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization* Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends* Analytical and information synthesis skills* Experience interpreting business and financial information* Verbal and written communication and organization skills* Experience with changing assignments and priorities* PC proficiency to include MS Office products Preferred Required Job Qualifications:* Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.* Affordable Care Act (ACA) knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience.* Experience monitoring, analyzing, and communicating regulatory or legislative changes.* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.* Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, tracking key initiatives, and supporting business decision-making.* Management consulting or healthcare policy experience preferred. **This role is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex policy of 3 days in office weekly.**### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
