Preferred Job Requirements • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field. • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, including emerging market trends, regulatory developments, product innovation, and competitive market dynamics. • Experience leading the strategic development and management of product portfolios, including investment prioritization, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle decisions. • Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio or product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy, customer needs, and financial objectives. • Experience evaluating portfolio performance using financial, operational, market, and customer insights to inform growth, investment, rationalization, and decommissioning decisions. • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment in a matrixed organizational environment. • Knowledge of healthcare product economics, including pricing, profitability, underwriting considerations, and business case development.### ### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
