Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related student service area.
• Two years of experience in academic counseling, post-secondary career planning and placement or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication techniques.

Responsabilités

• Provide academic advising and support to assigned Paul College Students through a 4-year advising model.
• Assist students with option/major declaration and guide course selection and scheduling.
• Explain academic policies and curriculum to meet educational goals and monitor progress each semester.
