Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human/Organizational Development, Social Work, Education, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in career services, student development, recruiting, or related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring students or early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career advising to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Deliver workshops and programs on career development.
• Manage career platforms and networking opportunities.
