AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Coach to travel to AAMCO centers nationwide, guiding franchisees in learning and implementing the franchise operating system as they open and get up and running.

The coach maintains ongoing contact as centers develop, helping owners drive performance, profitability, and customer service excellence across diverse destinations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Exceptional active listening skills and patience when working with new franchisees as they learn and implement our system.
• Proficient in communication and relationship‑building.
• Strong leadership skills: Must be able to take control and effectively lead a center.
• Proven sales skills: Ability to identify, isolate, and overcome objections while confidently closing opportunities.
• Technology‑savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks.
• Strong overall communication skills.
• 2–3 weeks per month travel/work schedule – flexibility is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus.
