Qualifications

• Admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court required.
• 4+ years of legal practice preferred, but not required.
• Civil, commercial, business law, contracts, employment, or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters while remaining organized.
• Practical, service-oriented approach to advising clients.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to continue learning.
• Portable business or experience with business owners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent business clients in civil litigation and day-to-day matters.
• Advise on contracts, formation, employment, and real estate issues.
• Manage litigation from strategy through hearings, negotiations, and trial prep.
• Draft and review agreements, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Build relationships with existing clients and expand long-term business ties.
• Handle a varied caseload with practical, business-minded advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas and learn from mentorship.
• Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of business.
