Job summary

Huxley is seeking a skilled Business Central (D365 BC) & Dynamics NAV Specialist to support and optimize our ERP environment in a food manufacturing setting. This hybrid role collaborates with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance, and QA to deliver ERP solutions that improve efficiency and visibility across the business.

You will configure BC/NAV, integrate JustFood ERP, lead upgrades, and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or developing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or integrating JustFood ERP within Business Central.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food & beverage.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and quality/traceability processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions.
• Proficiency in Business Central configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and deployment management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Business Central & Dynamics NAV Specialist (JustFoodERP)

Location: Winton, California; Hybrid

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Central (D365 BC) & Dynamics NAV Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our ERP environment within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, and food industry processes.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders across Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance, and Quality Assurance to deliver ERP solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop ERP solutions that support operational objectives.
• Configure and customize Business Central to improve manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and reporting processes.
• Support and optimize food manufacturing functionality, including integration with industry-specific solutions such as JustFood ERP.
• Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom features within Business Central.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ERP projects and integrations.
• Manage source control, development lifecycle, and deployments utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process workflows.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or integrating JustFood ERP within Business Central.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of:
