Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst for an on-site role in Park Ridge, IL. You will support NAV 2009 today and help migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, interfacing with business users and tech teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and participate in testing, training, and go-live activities while identifying improvements to ERP utilization. A strong manufacturing background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, purchasing, sales and finance.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Full-Time - On-Site | Park Ridge, IL
$80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the Park Ridge area that is undertaking a major ERP modernization initiative. The company is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support its current Dynamics NAV 2009 environment while playing a key role in the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This position will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technology teams, helping ensure a successful transition while providing day-to-day ERP support and business process analysis.
