Job summary

LTD Global is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support a franchise-focused client. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks and is structured for flexibility within US time zones.

You will handle invoicing, AR, AP, payroll postings, bank reconciliations, and basic reporting, with independence and clear communication to LTD Global and client contacts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation modules.
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals; execution focus, not system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Monthly invoicing cycle: generate and issue invoices in BC per billing approval spreadsheet.
• AR tracking: monitor outstanding invoices, apply payments, follow up on collections.
• AP posting: enter vendor and contractor bills in BC (payments handled by client).
• Payroll journal entries: post payroll reports from ADP (or equivalent) into BC.
• Bank reconciliation: monthly reconciliation in BC.
• Basic reporting: pull standard financial reports from BC as requested.

Remote | Full-Time | US Time Zone | ~10hrs/week to start

LTD Global is alocalvirtual consulting firm providing fractional accounting and operations services to small and mid-size businesses. We areonboardinga new client in the facility management franchise space whose books live entirelyinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper who can hit the ground running in BC - no implementation work, no consulting project - just solid, reliable day-to-day accounting support.

Whatthe worklooks like:

• Monthlyinvoicing cycle -generate and issue invoices in BC based on a billing approval spreadsheet reviewed by the client
• AR tracking -monitor outstanding invoices, apply payments, and follow up on collections as needed

Whatwe’relooking for:

• Hands-on experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - you should be comfortable navigating AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation modules without guidance
• Solid bookkeepingfundamentals - this isexecution work, not system configuration or consulting
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully virtual environment
• Clear communicator -you’llbe coordinating with the LTD Global team and interfacing with client contacts
• Experience in a franchise, service-based, or multi-entity environment is a plus
