As a Business Center Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, you will be based in Lewisville, TX at the The Colony branch.

Job Description

1. Manage and lead priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance, including growth activities for outside business development. Execute relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Lead and coach a high-performing team that drives growth, mitigates risk, and promotes employee engagement and positive customer experiences.
2. Identify and implement client solutions through discovery conversations, collaborating with internal partners as needed. Execute contact management strategies using available tools, including outbound calls and in-person meetings. Regularly review business results and pipeline with internal partners. Drive business banking results through development efforts and community involvement. Have a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
3. Lead and coach a proactive, differentiated client experience. Engage confidently with customers using technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice to improve financial well-being. Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience.
4. Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Prioritize talent development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
5. Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and exercise sound decision-making.

Qualifications
