As a Business Center Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, you will be based in Dallas, TX at the Camp Wisdom branch.

Job Description
  • Manage and lead branch performance, including growth activities and outside business development. Execute relationship management with consumer and business clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering employee engagement and positive customer experiences.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify client solutions, collaborate with internal partners, and execute contact management strategies. Drive business results through development efforts and community involvement. Understand balance sheet and income statement basics.
  • Provide a proactive, differentiated client experience. Coach team to engage confidently with customers using technology, offering solutions that improve financial well-being. Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience.
  • Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Prioritize talent development and ensure performance expectations are met. Support an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
