Position Overview

As a Business Center Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, you will be based in Frisco, TX at the El Dorado and Coit branch.

Job Description

  1. Manage and lead branch performance, including growth activities and outside business development. Execute relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Lead and coach a high-performing team, develop partnerships, and promote positive customer experiences.
  2. Identify and implement client solutions through proactive and reactive discovery conversations. Manage contact strategies using available tools, and collaborate with internal partners. Drive business banking results through development efforts and community involvement. Have a foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
  3. Lead and coach the team to deliver a proactive, differentiated client experience. Engage with customers using technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice to improve financial well-being. Ensure seamless customer experience across channels.
  4. Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. Prioritize talent development, performance management, and foster an inclusive workplace.
  5. Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks. Make sound decisions to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and adhere to policies and procedures.

  • Competencies: Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communication, Managing Multiple Priorities, Prospecting, Sales Management
  • Work Experience: Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years relevant experience; managerial experience in operations or production environment preferred. Equivalent education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications/Licenses: No specific certifications required; background checks per regulations.
