As a Business Center Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Drexel Hill, PA at the Drexel Hill branch.

Job Description
  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment. Lead and influence a broad range of eco-system partners. Be accountable for risk management and compliance. Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch staff.
  • Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households. Lead business development and community involvement activities. Coach team in consultative selling to drive results and improve customer financial well-being. Have a foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure the delivery of a differentiated client experience. Coach team to confidently engage with customers via technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice to improve client financial well-being. Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers. Deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Drive the employee experience. Responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through onboarding, coaching, and development. Prioritize talent development for all team members. Ensure employees meet performance and activity expectations through ongoing management. Foster an inclusive workplace aligned with PNC values.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks. Exercise leadership, authority, and sound decision-making to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Key skills include accountability, banking, client counseling, customer experience, loyalty, decision making, people management, proactive approach, and results orientation. Competencies include branch banking services, delegation, digital awareness, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, and sales management. Typically, 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience are required. A degree is not mandatory if combined with relevant experience and certifications.
