You will assist in preparing borrowing base certificates, annual credit reviews, and officer memos, and support prospecting and cross-selling activities to structure loans.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 1+ year banking/financial services experience
• Knowledge of loan documentation
• Basic credit analysis skills
• Ability to protect confidential information
• Excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Contact customers for updated financial information and loan compliance requirements
• Submit company and personal financial statements and loan covenant compliance
• Prepare borrowing base certificates and evaluations
• Evaluate and submit compliance certificates and maintain reporting systems
• Prepare annual credit reviews and related officer memos
• Support prospecting, cross-selling and loan structuring activities
