Job summary

Elko Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Member Services Representative and Loan Processor to deliver responsive service to business members and provide accurate operational support throughout the lending lifecycle.

You will open business accounts, process and book loans, maintain documentation, and assist with branch transactions as needed. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related coursework preferred.
• Nevada notary commission preferred or obtained after hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Open business membership and deposit accounts with complete documentation.
• Process and book Member Business Loans (MBLs) including disbursement of proceeds.
• Provide notary services in accordance with Nevada law.
• Maintain documentation in Nautilus and organize files for lending.
• Support business banking products and services including ACH and POS solutions.
• Protect member information and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
