Job summary

SESLOC Federal Credit Union Inc. is seeking a Member Business Loan Processor to deliver member services and support our business lending activities.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with applications, and help prepare and process loan documentation, while supporting closing and funding efforts. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate loan files, ensuring data entry accuracy across systems, and upholding credit union policies and applicable federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years of lending experience.
• Experience in loan processing, documentation, servicing, or business lending support.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Member Business Loan Processor provides member service and supports business lending by responding to member inquiries, assisting with applications, preparing and processing loan documentation, and supporting closing and funding activities. Maintains accurate loan files and records, ensures timely and accurate data entry across applicable systems, and upholds compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Processes loan applications; gathers and reviews required documentation; prepares business loan documentation; coordinates loan closings, funding, and post-closing activities; maintains loan files and records; tracks insurance, collateral, financial documentation, and other loan requirements; and provides administrative and operational support to the Member Business Lending department.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED and two to five years of similar or related lending experience required, including experience in loan processing, documentation, servicing, or business lending support. Experience supporting business, commercial, or real estate lending transactions preferred, including loan closings, collateral documentation, and review of entity documentation, ownership structure, signer authority, borrowing authority, and related organizational records. Credit union or financial institution experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience, including time spent in preparatory positions, will be considered.
