Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit, core products and services, and how business needs vary by industry.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.
• Ability to prioritise daily objectives to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5 million annual revenue.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized banking solutions to meet clients’ financial needs and drive client experience.
• Build relationships with prospects, COIs, and existing clients with on-site visits.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists.
• Lead by supporting branches and adhering to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
