Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products/services.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to Chase business clients based on their financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain and build relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support branches by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
