You will bring in new clients and serve as the primary advisor for mid-market accounts, delivering tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days and flexible days for client meetings. You will collaborate with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Credit teams to deliver best-fit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients with annual revenue of $2.5MM to $50MM.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Obtain and process client and account information.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and High Value Credit Card teams.
