Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is hiring a Business Banking Officer to manage and expand business banking relationships in our Kansas market. You will evaluate credit risk, approve loans and credit cards, and monitor loan performance while cross-selling treasury and deposit products.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork with branch staff, and collaboration with senior lenders on larger credits. A Bachelor's in Business Admin is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Finance/Accounting emphasis preferred.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Experience in commercial banking, credit, or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Aid in management and servicing of business banking relationships; focus on relationship retention.
• Evaluate financial information to determine credit risk; approve loans/credit cards per policies.
• Monitor loans for delinquencies and terms compliance; cross-sell products.
• Meet with customers to review products and deepen relationships.
• Assist senior lending officers on larger/complex credits.
• Analyze financial statements and borrower/guarantor health.
