The role requires credit acumen, a consultative sales approach, and collaboration with Commercial, Treasury, Private Wealth, Mortgage and Retail teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of Small Business Banking Sales or outside B2B sales experience.
• Financial services experience in business banking sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business development strategies to grow deposits, loans, and referrals.
• Manage and deepen an assigned portfolio of business clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of COIs to drive opportunities.
• Conduct consultative financial conversations to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with Commercial, Treasury, Retail, Private Wealth, Mortgage and Credit teams.
• Structure and evaluate credit opportunities to support sound decisions.
• Maintain consistent prospecting routines including outbound calling and meetings.
• Represent the bank in the local market through networking and community involvement.
• Drive performance against production goals while focusing on client experience.
