Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Business Banking Acquisition Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to drive client acquisition for Amegy Bank of Texas. You will perform outbound calls, expand the client base, and cross-sell bank products to new and existing relationships.

This in-office role runs Monday to Friday and requires strong sales and customer service skills, with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inside sales, branch banking, and services experience.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, retention, and banking products/services.
• Strong customer service, problem resolution, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer software.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products.
• Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
• Expand client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products to new and existing relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and problems as needed.
• Assist clients with product offerings, loan applications, and opening accounts.
• Generate qualified referrals while following procedures and complying with regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to business unit personnel as needed.
• Assist with department projects and tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
