Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for the Las Vegas area. You will handle full-service branch tasks with a strong emphasis on sales, service, and relationship building.

The role requires handling new accounts, loans, and client issues with a focus on referrals to banking products and services. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in universal/personal banking, strong customer service and communication skills, and solid math and product

Qualifications

• 2+ years as universal/personal banker or similar retail banking role.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking at the branch with emphasis on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns or refer to the appropriate bank resource.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services including lending.
• Establish, grow and maintain strong customer relationships with personalized service.
• Open/update accounts and process loans as needed.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
