Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager I in Utah to lead a sales-driven team, build strong client relationships, and deliver comprehensive business banking solutions. You will train and coach the sales staff while engaging with the community and representing the bank in local initiatives.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of external business banking experience, and NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent is required.
• 2 years banking experience with external business development.
• Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.
• Driving is required with a valid driver's license and driving history that meets bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Coach and motivate a successful sales team for bank clients.
• Provide a full range of business banking services including deposits, treasury management and loans.
• Represent NBH Bank in the community and support banking initiatives.
