Job summary

NBH Bank in Utah is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager I to lead a dynamic sales team, build lasting client relationships, and drive deposits, treasury management and loan products for small businesses and consumers. You will train and coach staff, collaborate across the organization, and represent NBH Bank in the community while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have banking experience, leadership potential, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years banking experience with external business development required.
• Must become registered and licensed in the NMLS as required by SAFÉ Act and NBH policies.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Lead and coach a sales team focused on small business and consumer clients.
• Drive sales and service goals through deposits, treasury management and loan products.
• Represent NBH Bank in the community and support banking initiatives.
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain high ethical standards.
