Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking an Associate Banker in Utah to deliver exceptional client service, introduce customers to new products and digital solutions, and process account transactions. You will work toward branch sales/service goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Training and coaching are provided during onboarding, with opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate success within the organization.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
Bilingual language skills.
Passionate and motivated self-starter.
Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
Strong work ethic and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
Ability to calculate figures and percentages.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Banker, you will meet diverse clients and introduce them to new products, services and digital solutions.
You will be responsible for processing account transactions and assisting clients toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
Associate Bankers may assist other departments as needed and should build rapport with clients and fellow associates while showing respect for all.
