The role emphasizes relationship management, cross selling, and meeting revenue targets in a CRE/C&I lending environment. Previous banking experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field is required.
• 1 year of credit associated lending or related experience.
• Knowledge of lending and credit analysis.
• Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross-sell products.
• Familiarity with sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Grow, retain and expand a portfolio of existing Business Banking clients.
• Source new customers through referrals.
• Cross-sell banking products to contribute to deposit growth.
• Meet revenue goals for region and products.
• Understand business and personal financial needs of assigned customers.
• Visit client locations regularly and develop relationship plans.
• Ensure client requests are met or referred to appropriate resource.
• Meet or exceed key performance measures including portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
