Job Responsibilities

• License to practice law in OH and reside in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Maintain a book of at least $200k
• Experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting is preferred
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assisting in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Staying current with laws and regulatory developments
