Job Responsibilities

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney, you will:

• Hold a license to practice law in OH and reside in Northeast Ohio
• Have 5+ years of professional experience
• Possess a JD from an accredited law school
• Manage a book of at least $200k
• Preferably have experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting
• Draft and negotiate contracts, advise on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assist in due diligence and post-deal integration
• Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations
• Structure and draft documents for commercial and finance transactions
