Most of the communication skills that matter in this role are ones you will learn here, not ones you need to bring with you. The training covers how to open a conversation, how to listen for what a client actually needs and how to present options without pressure.

As a Business Associate, you will connect with prospective clients, explain available coverage options, schedule follow-up conversations and maintain accurate records of each interaction. You will work alongside a team that reviews calls, shares feedback and helps you improve week over week.

No prior insurance experience is required. Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential.

Over time, you will take on more complex conversations, manage a growing book of prospects and contribute to team outreach planning. The progression is structured and based on demonstrated ability.
