Root Canal Specialty Associates in West Bloomfield, MI is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Business Assistant for a full-time role. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, collect demographics and insurance details, and enter data into electronic charts.
You will support the team with reports, verify insurance, explain financial matters, and help keep the office organized and welcoming. Experience as a dental receptionist is preferred, but willingness to learn is welcomed.

Patients will be able to hear your smile on the phone when they schedule their appointment, and you will make lasting relationships with our referring offices just by the happy, professional person you are! You’ll obtain demographics, insurance information and other required information to enter into the patient’s electronic chart for thorough communication. Your attention to detail will help you while assist the team in creating reports, scheduling patients, verifying insurance and explaining financial matters to our patients. Your dedication and drive will help in maintaining a clean and organized environment for both patients and staff.
