The role involves helping patients feel welcome, assisting with scheduling, and handling financial arrangements for treatment at our Illinois dental office.

You will support check-in/check-out, verify insurance, communicate service options, and ensure smooth visits with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Schedule (days/hours)

M:11:00am-5:00pm, T: 1:00pm-7:00pm, W: 7:45am-3:00pm, TH: 12:00pm-6:00pm, F: 7:45am-2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome

Compensation
